THE HOLY RE-WRITE - ANIMATED SHORT

The Holy Re-Write is an animated fantasy short film that follows Jesus on the verge of another birthday. With a little help from his good friends Mary, John the Baptist and Moses, Jesus learns to put a little bit of faith back into humanity.  

ABOUT THE FILM

This film was my thesis project for my MFA from American University. In addition to writing and directing, I also illustrated and animated the entire film using Illustrator and After Effects. It was a Visions Awards nominee for best graduate thesis in 2018.
